Welcome to VSA Rush!

Focused on the best player development experience in Iowa — VSA Rush was founded on a collaborative approach between Vision Soccer Academy (VSA) and Iowa Rush Soccer Club.

As one of only two boys’ clubs in the state competing in ECNL and the only girls’ club competing in the Girls Academy League, VSA Rush offers players access to the highest levels of competition, a complete developmental pathway, and comprehensive training for success in soccer and in life.

VSA Rush emphasizes players being in the right environment for their development needs and recently expanded to have a full, tiered development pathway for players ages U13-U19. Since it’s inception in 2023, over 105 players from VSA Rush have committed to play collegiate soccer.

Core Values

HISTORY

Founded in 2022, VSA Rush was created through a collaborative partnership between Iowa Rush Soccer Club and Vision Soccer Academy (VSA), bringing together two established organizations with a shared commitment to elite player development. From 2022–2026, VSA Rush fielded 12 high-level teams, including six boys teams (13U–19U) competing in ECNL and six girls teams (13U–19U) competing in Girls Academy.

Beginning with the 2026–27 season, VSA Rush expanded into a fully unified structure that combines Iowa Rush, VSA and existing VSA Rush teams into one complete pathway for players ages 13U–19U. Through a tiered development model, teams now compete across ECNL, Girls Academy, ECNL Regional League, National 1 League and Iowa’s Central Development League (CDL), providing opportunities for players at every level to develop, compete and advance. The program has also expanded to include a Pre-VSA Rush experience for 11U-12U players.
